What are those cookies that you now need to accept on every website actually all about? Unfortunately we have to disappoint you - there is no chocolate involved. Being an oral health company that would also be kind of weird, don’t you think?
Ok let’s cut the story short. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile phone when you browse websites. And as almost all websites do, we also collect them to provide you with the best experience we can.
Our cookies help us to:
>> Make our website work as you’d expect & continuously improve it for you
>> Personalise our site to you to help you get what you need faster
>> Make our marketing more efficient, ultimately helping us to offer the service we do at the price we do.
>> Offer you free services/content as well as superb offers (thanks to advertising)
We do not:
>> Collect any personally identifiable information (without your express permission)
So unlike many would think Cookies, at least the ones that are sugar free, are far from being harmful. They can't infect computers with viruses or other malware. They also won’t search your computer or access any private information that is stored on your computer. So our intention of using cookies is not to spy on you, but to please you with a flawless website and product experience.

What type of cookies are there?
Just like with their tasty name twins, there are different types of Cookies.
>>Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. You can however disable them in your general browser settings, which may severely impact your experience with us. Strictly necessary cookies are usually only set in response to actions made by you , such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
>>Statistic / Performance Cookies
Performance cookies collect information about how you use a website, like which pages you visited and which links you clicked on. We use them to measure and improve the performance of our site. None of this information can be used to identify you. In other words, all information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. This includes cookies from third-party analytics services as long as the cookies are for the exclusive use of the owner of the website visited.
>>Preference / Functional Cookies
Functional cookies ensure the proper & enhanced functioning of the Website (e.g. cookies for login or registration, language preferences)and allow enhanced personalisation. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages.
>>Marketing / Targeting / Tracking Cookies
These cookies track your online activity to help us and our partners to deliver more relevant offers and ads. These cookies may share that information with our partners, and are thus almost always of third-party provenance. Those cookies do not store personal information, but will be able to identify your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will receive less targeted advertising.
>> Not Classified Cookies
Cookies that can not be attributed to one of the categories above.
What is the difference between First-Party and Third-Party Cookies?
First-Party Cookies are pieces of information stored by the Playbrush domain, so by the website you are currently visiting. They allow us to provide you with the best user experience. Third-party cookies on the other hand, are created and placed by our partners and allow us to supply you with the best offers across multiple domains.
How long will my information be stored?
Session cookies are temporary cookie files, which are erased when you close your browser. This means if you come back to us later in time the website will not recognise you. Persistent cookies however will either stay until you delete them manually from your browser settings or get automatically deleted after their specified duration period.
Can I restrict the usage of Cookies?
Of course! We deeply respect your privacy. You can alter the default settings in the main website pop-up banner or can restrict them in your default browser settings. Please remember that blocking some types of Cookies may impact your experience with us.
You can even go back to change the settings in case you have changed your mind:
